My Christmas day
On Christmas Day at 5:15 in the morning, I crept down the hallway. I was nervous. I was worried that Santa didn’t come to our house. I walked into the lounge room.
“There are presents!”, I said to my brothers. There were tonnes of presents and they were all packed into our sacks. There were small, big and fat presents all neatly wrapped in glittery christmas wrapping paper.
I wanted to open them right away. But I had to wait for Mum, Dad, Uncle Brenty and Aunty Kata and Nanna and Poppy before I could start. When I did start unwrapping presents I felt a rush of excitement. I unwrapped the first present quickly, in a frenzy of unwrapping action It was a Lego Helicopter. I also received a flat cap hat, a basketball, a chumpa chump 1 Direction money box, spokey dokeys for my bike and a lolly stocking. My favourite present of all was the Chromebook that Mum and Dad gave me. I am using it right now to write this recount.
Lunch was a huge, awesome buffet of tasty meats, salads, fruit and seafood. At lunch I ate 3 prawns, 1 pineapple piece and lots of ham. YUM. We shared bonbons and I got a deck of cards and a paper crown!!!!!!
We had leftovers for dinner. I had 3 prawn and A LOT of salad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After eating half of my salad I got desert, a neapolitan ice-cream cone!!
